Terms and Restrictions on "Free MagicBand" Promotion

 

In order to qualify for the free MagicBand, the customer must purchase either Mastering The Mouse's House Travel Guide or a Custom Travel Package AND a Walt Disney World Vacation Package from The American Escape (the agency). Qualifying vacation packages must include accomodations (such as WDW resort, hotels in the greater Orlando, FL area, or certain BnB services) and at least one day's admission ticket(s) to Walt Disney World, booked by The American Escape. All elements of the trip must be booked by The American Escape in order to qualify (i.e. the customer may not qualify for the MagicBand promotion if they book lodging, tickets, special Disney  events, etc. on their own and without the aid of the agency). If purchasers meet the above requirements, the MagicBand will be mailed to the purchaser no later than two weeks prior to the date of their arrival in Orlando, FL. The agency reserves the right to charge the purchaser for the MagicBand plus shipping/handling (up to $50.00) in the event of a cancellation. The purchaser will only be charged if the agency has taken a loss in regards to MagicBand promotion.
