About Us

Tommy and Christine Kelly founded The American Escape with one goal: to help people experience as much of the world as possible. They love creating custom itineraries that allow people to to experience locations like a local.

They realized their passion in 2020, when multiple vacations were cancelled. They had every detail planned but never got to experience them. Although that year was a disappointment, they found that they loved planning trips almost as much as taking them; and The American Escape was born.
